HEALTHY SALTED CARAMEL TART

INGREDIENTS & METHOD

  • SALTED CARAMEL LAYER

  • 2 cups roasted almonds

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

    Blend together the base ingredients until it reaches your desired consistency. A little bit chunky is good. Add some coconut milk if too dry. Pour into a small/medium sized pan and flatten out. Freeze.

    SALTED CARAMEL LAYER

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/4 hulled tahini

  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 tsp himalayan salt

    Process caramel layer ingredients until very smooth in blender. Pour over base and freeze until topping is ready.


    CLEAN CHOCOLATE TOPPING

  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • shredded coconut for topping
